I am aware that ETHEL WOMEN INITIATIVE (EWI) will consider the information. I will provide in this document for the purpose of considering me as a contestant in THE CLAN QUIZ competition. I will answer all the questions in this registration form fully, honestly, and accurately and I give my word(s) not to mislead or attempt to mislead the organizers and Organization in any way as to my identity, qualification, and personal information. If any of the information I will provide in this registration form is found to be false, the organization is authorized to exclude me from THE CLAN QUIZ competition. If I am short-listed, I also agree to authorize the organizers and organization to conduct a background check on me, to verify any of the information I will provide in this registration form. All decisions by the organizers concerning the selection of contestants are final and no reasons will be given. I agree not to challenge or appeal against these decisions. I agree that am a legal citizen of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and an indigene within the Niger Delta region (You must be a legal citizen of the federal republic of Nigeria and Niger Delta born, to participate in this quiz competition). ELIGIBILITY You must be a bonafide Nigerian citizen from the Niger Delta Region, namely, Akwa Ibom, Abia, Bayelsa, Cross River, Delta, Edo, Ondo, Imo, Rivers states respectively. You must be a secondary school student from JSS3 to SSS3 in any accredited private or government school in Nigeria. You must be in excellent physical and mental health. You must be willing and able to travel to either participate in the competition online or travel to any part of the Niger region during the competition. Your parent and or guardian must be willing to cover your travel expenses to and from the venue of the competition. You must be willing to upload a passport photograph of yourself online, on our website for the organizers to have access to it for identification and screening purpose. Your parent(s), guardian, and yourself must be willing to assume full responsibility for the consequences of your participation in this competition, should you be selected as one of the competitors of THE CLAN QUIZ. If selected as a contestant, you may have to fill and/or sign various documents and forms including Application Form, Eligibility Requirement Document, Contract documents, and Voluntary Participation Agreement. Neither you nor any of your immediate family members, or anyone resident in your household may be an employee, officer, producer, director, or agent of this organization are allowed to participate in this competition. Note: In addition to the above, please note that the Producers reserve the right to judge ineligible any person who the Producers determine, in their sole discretion is sufficiently connected with the production, administration, judging, or distribution of THE CLAN QUIZ competition, such that his or her participation in the competition could create the appearance of impropriety.
